Grounds for refusal to provide services

There are no grounds for refusing to accept the application and issue an insurance number.

However, it should be noted that in order to issue a certificate, it is necessary that all documents provided be in Russian or with a Russian translation. Otherwise, the authorized specialist will be forced to refuse to issue the document.

There are also cases when the applicant is already insured in the pension system, but re-submits an application for insurance. In this situation, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation refuses re-registration and informs the applicant about this.

If the application form contains incomplete or distorted information, the Pension Fund cannot issue the document.

It is prohibited to require the applicant to provide documents not required by law.
