List of documents: what is needed?

Do I need to pay for the exchange?

How much it costs to change SNILS when changing your last name can be found out from the provision of a state service for accepting questionnaires from Russian citizens in order to register them in a unified database of compulsory pension insurance, as well as for the purpose of exchanging and issuing a duplicate certificate in case of loss (Order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia dated March 2 2020 No. 230n). Consequences of untimely replacement
