The State Services website has become one of the main ways to obtain certain documents, submit various applications and similar procedures that are not complicated by a personal visit to social services. A certificate of family composition, completed in Form No. 9, is a document that is required when concluding any transactions, when submitting an application for a reduction in kindergarten fees, etc. This document is also called a “Registration” certificate. What documents are needed to obtain a certificate?

Only a registered user can apply for a certificate through the personal account of the State Services website. The registration procedure lasts only a few minutes, but to confirm your identity and full access to services you will need to wait about a day.

Who is included in the family?

It would seem that, following everyday logic, the answer is simple: a family is a husband, wife and children (even the parents of spouses in this case are considered a separate unit of society). However, before taking a certificate, you should answer the question using the definition of legislation. Thus, according to Article 31 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, a family can include both distant relatives and citizens who are not related at all - everyone whom the owner of the property will place and register in his area and considers his family.
