When considering such cases, obstetric and gynecological examinations are appointed (see paragraphs 70 - 70.23.5 of Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia dated May 12, 2010 N 346n), which establish physical development, physique, fatness, height, pelvic size and other anthropometric data , the presence of developmental defects, the ability to copulate and conceive, etc. The specifics of the procedure for conducting examinations of male persons are defined in clauses 71-71.13.18 of the Order.
