Stage 1. Application and registration

4. Sign the contract.

8. Receive an extract from the Unified State Register confirming that you are the owner of the site.

Stage 6. Obtaining land capital and funds

The citizen for whom the certificate was issued must contact the multifunctional center, providing:

1. Documents from Rosreestr.
2. Receipt for payment of funds for the purchase of the site.
3. The certificate itself.
4. Documents from a banking organization confirming account details, cards. They must be certified with the seal and signature of the organization.
5. Applicant's passport.
6. Power of attorney, if the principal applies.
7. An act from the guardianship and trusteeship authority, if there are children under guardianship.
