How is the work experience of migrants taken into account when receiving a pension in Russia?

About a week ago, an acquaintance, tired of listening to artillery cannonade and freezing when shooting is heard nearby, decided to move and went to Kirovograd with his parents. In his new place, he began re-registering his relatives’ pensions. According to him, all this is being done in several stages.

First of all, you need to get a certificate from your place of residence where you are in a foreign city. If you are staying with friends or relatives, this makes things easier. The owner must go with you to the housing office, certifying that you live in the apartment that belongs to him. There you will receive three certificates signed by the head and chief engineer of the housing office, with seals and stamps.

If you are lucky enough to get a job in a private house, your path lies with the owner to the street or to the local self-government committee.

After this, you need to go to the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population in the area in which you are staying and temporarily residing. An employee who receives applications from internally displaced persons needs the following documents to process the social payment due under Cabinet Resolution No. 505 (884 hryvnia per month for a disabled person):

It is better to open a new bank card, because the old one was opened in Donetsk and may be blocked. You must take two applications certified by a bank employee (the second will be needed for the pension fund). For banks, by the way, such statements are not new; suffice it to say that they need a card for social payments to immigrants from Donbass.

Now you have to write two applications - one of them to receive a so-called “migrant certificate”, certifying that you are a representative of this “preferential” category.

The second is to receive social assistance, the same 884 hryvnia for a disabled person and 442 hryvnia for an able-bodied person. In principle, filling out an application is not so difficult, especially since you can always ask a UTSZN employee. But in the application for social assistance there are 3 columns: about the ownership of someone in the family in regions not in the ATO zone, a vehicle and a deposit account in the amount of 10 subsistence minimums - 12,180 hryvnia. If “yes” is highlighted in any of these points, you will not receive social payments.

All social payments, the amount of which per family, by the way, cannot exceed 2,400 hryvnia, will be transferred to the card of only one family member, for which the rest must write on the back of the application for social assistance that they allow such and such a person to receive their social assistance on his card.

After correctly filling out the applications and providing the necessary documents, or rather copies of them, they are usually asked to come back in about an hour to pick up the completed “resettler’s certificate.”
