What should the certificate look like?

In order for the certificate to be considered valid, it must contain the following data:

• The name of the form must be indicated on the form, in our case it is “Form N24”.
• Next, the certificate number under which it is registered in the archive must be entered.
• Next, enter the name of the body that registered and its location.
• The certificate further indicates the last name, first name, and patronymic of the child for whom the certificate is issued.
• The date of State registration and its serial number are indicated.
• Enter the date and place of birth of the child.
• The full names of the parents are indicated.
• The date of issue of the certificate must be present.

In accordance with state standards, to certify this document, the form must contain the signature of the head of the authority and the official wet seal of the institution.

 The standard form of a child’s birth certificate is approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 1998 No. 1274 “On approval of application forms for state registration of acts of civil status...”.

Amount of lump sum benefit for the birth of a child
