  • a previously concluded loan agreement with a bank under which funds were taken for the purpose of purchasing or constructing residential premises (copy);
  • a certificate of the balance of debt to the credit institution;
  • mortgage agreement;
  • extract from the Unified State Register for housing;
  • plus the documents set out above, depending on the situation.

It is mandatory to have a notarial undertaking that the residential premises, which are purchased or built with funds (part of the funds) of the MSK, will be registered as shared ownership of all family members.
