Minimum old-age pension in the Republic of Dagestan for 2021
The republican authorities of Dagestan have set the cost of living for a pensioner in the region for 2021 at 8,680 rubles . This figure was fixed by the Republican Law of October 30, 2021 No. 63. This value will be the amount of the minimum old-age pension in the region in 2021.
When agitating Russians for raising the retirement age, officials very often said that the pensions of current pensioners, thanks to this measure, would increase significantly in 2021. In general, pensioners will receive 12 thousand rubles more per year, which means the increase per month will immediately amount to a thousand rubles.

Table - Cost of living for a pensioner in 2021
The federal cost of living is a key indicator on the value of which the minimum pension in 2021 will depend. It is revised annually taking into account the current economic situation in the country. And when calculating it, a number of factors are taken into account on which the level of well-being of a citizen depends.
That is, RSD is paid when the regional PMP is higher than the federal one (living in the region is more expensive than the average in Russia).
If, when adding up all these payments, the amount turns out to be more than the subsistence level, you are not entitled to additional payment.
I hasten to reassure our potential clients who have insurance experience until 2015. All generated pension rights are recorded, preserved and guaranteed to be fulfilled.
Every year, the authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation set the cost of living for the next year. Thus, in most regions the value of the PMP for 2021 has already been approved.
Now the calculation methodology is the same for all regions; it was developed by the federal authorities. And it is based on the real living wage, which is determined by statistical methods.

In some regions of the Russian Federation, the cost of living increased slightly or did not change at all compared to the standard established for 2021.
According to the Russian Pension Fund, in 2021, 13.8 points and 9 years of work experience were required to retire, in 2021 - 16.2 points/10 years, in 2021 already 18.6 points and 11 years of work experience.
That is, FSD is paid when the regional PMP is lower than the federal one (living in the region is cheaper than the average in Russia).
In Europe, where people live prosperously and for a long time, the retirement period is 65 years, and soon 67. Life expectancy there is at least 76.8 years, so a European has time to enjoy retirement doing nothing. Our picture is completely different.
There are two options:
- PMP is less than the federal one (the situation is like this in 61 constituent entities of the Russian Federation) - additional payment is made from the federal budget;
- PMP is larger than the federal one - additional payment is made from the regional budget.
The motto of this reform is that the more you work, the more you get. It is profitable to work “honestly”, that is, to refuse the so-called “salaries in envelopes”, when insurance contributions are not deducted to the compulsory pension insurance system. Everything is transparent and extremely honest.
This living wage for a pensioner is established ANNUALLY and is used to calculate the social supplement to the pension.
The most significant increase in PMP over the year is in the Jewish Autonomous Okrug (1,817 rubles), the smallest is in Ingushetia and the Karachay-Cherkess Republic (only 174 rubles each). The minimum pension in Russia in 2021 is 11.28 thousand rubles. It is usually affected by the cost of living. These two indicators are equal, since for all non-working older people the total amount of financial security does not reach the PMI. In the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, federal and regional social financial assistance is taken into account.
