MILITARY PENSIONERS FOR RUSSIA AND ITS ARMED FORCES

Pensions for prosecutors, scientific and teaching workers and members of their families, whose pension provision is carried out in accordance with this paragraph, from February 1, 2021, are calculated from the official salary, additional payment for class rank, additional payment for length of service, as well as from a monthly pension supplement, increased (indexed) as of the day of assignment or recalculation of the pension. At the same time, the amounts of the official salary, additional payment for class rank, additional payment for length of service, as well as the monthly pension supplement, from which pensions are calculated, are rounded to the nearest kopeck after each indexation.”; c) paragraphs two - sixteen shall be considered paragraphs five - nineteen, respectively; 2) paragraph 2 of Article 49 shall be supplemented with the following paragraph: “Salary by position, salary by military rank and percentage bonus for length of service, taken into account for calculating the pensions of military prosecutors and members of their families, are indexed in the manner established by paragraphs three and four of paragraph 2 of the article 44 of this Federal Law."

Article 2

Introduce into the Federal Law of December 28, 2021 No. 403-FZ “On the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation” (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2021, No. 1, Art. 15; No. 30, Art. 4595; No. 46, Art. 6407; 2021 , No. 7, Art. 607; No. 27, Art. 3477; No. 48, Art. 6165; 2021, No. 23, Art. 2930; 2021, No. 1, Art. 55; 2021, No. 31, Art. 4795) the following changes: 1) in Article 35: a) add the first sentence of part 13 with the words “with the features provided for by this Federal Law”;

The official salary, additional payment for a special rank and additional payment for length of service, as well as the monthly pension supplement, from which pensions are calculated, are indexed in accordance with the federal law on the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period.
133. Pensions for persons specified in part 131 of this article, from February 1, 2021, are calculated from the official salary, additional payment for a special rank and additional payment for length of service, as well as from a monthly pension supplement, increased (indexed) as of the day of appointment or pension recalculation. At the same time, the amounts of the official salary, additional payment for a special rank and additional payment for length of service, as well as the monthly pension supplement, from which pensions are calculated, are rounded to the nearest kopeck after each indexation.”; 2) Part 11 of Article 40 shall be supplemented with the following paragraph: “Salary according to position, salary according to military rank and percentage bonus for length of service, taken into account for calculating pensions of officers of military investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee and members of their families, are indexed in the manner established by parts 132 - 133 Article 35 of this Federal Law."

Which employees of the prosecutor's office can apply for a pension increase in 2021?

The version of the law, approved on October 25, 2017, confirmed the list of prosecutors’ office employees eligible to receive a special pension:

The country's Prosecutor General, his deputies;
Prosecutors of various levels, their deputies;
