The length of service itself remains the same, but based on the general increase in working age, in accordance with Law No. 350-FZ of October 3, 2018, for these citizens the right to early retirement is increased by 5 years, taking into account the transition period. That is, the retirement date will be calculated from the date of completion of the special length of service, taking into account the increase in the generally established retirement age.

Labor activity is counted towards length of service only if the employee performed his duties within the framework of the full teaching load, which is established in accordance with the approved curricula and standards. Payment terms

For the formation of pension payments based on years of service, the age of the teacher does not matter. But to generate payments, three conditions must be met, namely:

Also, the amount of work experience has a significant impact on the size of the insurance pension, which makes it possible to accumulate more pension points. This procedure for calculating the amount of pension payments is established by the provisions of regulations and applies to all categories of workers from whose salaries contributions to the Pension Fund are deducted.
