How is the data received by the Pension Fund?
Data is transferred to the Pension Fund from the employer, who is responsible for transferring contributions from employee salaries. But this is only possible if the employee works under an employment contract. Those who receive a salary in an envelope cannot count on decent deductions in the future.
Citizens working under an employment contract are not responsible for transferring funds to the fund. This responsibility must be fulfilled by their direct employer. But data and funds from employees are not always received in the required volume and on time. Incorrect information may result in incorrect calculation of contributions in the future and retirement later than expected.
All information about the contributions that the client is entitled to upon retirement, his length of service, and the status of his individual personal account is indicated in the extract from the Pension Fund. If, when ordering a document, a citizen discovered that not all years were taken into account when assigning length of service (or other errors in the extract), then it is necessary to apply for correction to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation at the place of registration.
How to obtain data from the ILS from the Pension Fund using the SZI-6 form
Insured persons are informed about the status of their individual personal account using the SZI-6 form.
We would like to remind you that the composition of information on the state of the ILS in the SZI-6 form was approved by Resolution of the Pension Fund Board of June 15, 2016 No. 491p.
You can obtain information on the SZI-6 form as follows:
- by contacting the territorial office of the Pension Fund or MFC in person. In this case, you must have an identity document and SNILS with you.
- using the “Personal Account of the Insured Person” posted on the official website of the Pension Fund of Russia
- via postal service. In this case, the applicant sends a corresponding application, to which is attached a copy of the applicant’s identity document and SNILS.
The Pension Fund of the Russian Federation keeps records of the pension rights of citizens to the ILS, which, among other things, displays information about the periods of work experience before registration in the individual (personalized) accounting system. This information for the specified periods was submitted to the Pension Fund by employers in 2003-2004. Information about periods of labor activity before registration in the OPS system was included in the ILS based on the information available in the work book.
If you think that your personal information system does not contain information about the periods of work before registration in the persuet accounting system, you can come to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation with a passport, SNILS, as well as documents confirming the periods of work, the capital branch of the fund reports.
In addition, the ILS displays personal accounting information (about salary, amounts of insurance contributions and length of service) after registration in the OPS system. This information has been submitted by policyholders to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, starting from 1997, only for persons registered in the compulsory insurance system.
Information is included in the ILS only when the policyholder calculates and pays contributions to compulsory health insurance; periods for which insurance premiums are not paid are not included in the length of service and are not entered into personal accounts. Responsibility for providing reliable information rests with the policyholder in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 27-FZ dated April 1, 1996.
According to Art. 18 of this law, disputes between policyholders and insured persons on issues of transfer accounting are resolved by the court.

Among them is Sberbank, to which you can submit an application to receive a statement of savings. As when visiting the Pension Fund, a citizen must have SNILS and passport data with him, which will be used to draw up an application for the provision of services.

Any of the methods for ordering a certificate provides for receiving an extract that has the same legal force. When ordering a document via the Internet, that is, on the website of the Pension Fund or State Services, the data becomes available to the client almost instantly.
The period for generating a certificate during a personal visit to the Pension Fund branch is no more than 10 minutes. The time may be increased if the client has difficulties completing the statement online, for example, if there is an error in adding SNILS on State Services. This may affect the adjustment of the citizen’s data in the system.
If you need to replace SNILS, receive an extended version, or take other actions in the client’s “Personal Account” that are not available via the Internet, the period for providing the document is extended to 30 days.

Therefore, if possible, it is advisable to move to the Russian side to obtain the appropriate certificate. Also, a certificate of pension amount can be obtained from a non-state pension fund. This process is implemented as conveniently as possible in Sberbank - you can submit an application via Internet banking. Today, the procedure for obtaining a certificate of pension amount is as simple as possible, but it has some significant features. It is imperative to familiarize yourself with all of them in advance.
Receiving an extract through “State Services”
Another way to find out information about the length of service, pension insurer and contributions is to order an extract from the Pension Fund at State Services. This is an official portal that allows you to get information without visiting the branch.
In order to access the portal, you must register. To do this, on the State Services website you need to enter your full name, mobile phone number, passport details and SNILS.
After registration, the client can receive one of the services. But to order a statement from the Pension Fund, a verified account is required. You can confirm your status in several ways, for example, contact an MFC branch or do everything online using Sberbank Online.
After confirming the account, the client can order a certificate from the Pension Fund. To do this you should:

- Select “Pension, benefits and benefits”, section “Notice on the status of a personal account in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation”.
- Click on the “Get service” button in the right corner.
- Choose a method for receiving information: save the data on the website or send a file by email.

Eligibility and validity period
You should know that not everyone has the right to receive an extract from their personal account. It can be used exclusively by:
- Citizens who are registered in the prescribed manner in the apartment;
- Residential property owners;
- Representatives of owners or registered citizens under a executed notarized power of attorney;
- Legal entities.
The extract received is not unlimited, its period is limited, and this document is valid for only one month. When the period expires, the information needs to be updated, that is, a new statement must be obtained, since the previous one will no longer be considered relevant, even if the information has not actually changed.
To conclude transactions with real estate, you need to obtain the required certificate as close as possible to the date of conclusion of the main contract. Thus, the buyer reduces the risks for himself, of which there are already many in this transaction. This refers to the possibility of new applicants appearing for an apartment or living in it, even if they did not have time to register.
You should also know that extension of the validity period of the statement is not allowed. But the advantage is that there are no legal limits on how many times you can apply for an extract and how often.

How to get a certificate from the Russian pension fund stating that no contributions are being made
In general, paislips are an accounting statement. This is an internal document of the enterprise, and it can be designed differently for different enterprises. That is, the accounting department can even draw up a table of all payments made to you over the entire period of work (not necessarily monthly, but quarterly), place it on official letterhead, and certify it with the manager’s signature and seal. Plus, the personal phone numbers of the accountant and director wouldn’t hurt. This may well be enough.
It depends on the officer. They have a requirement that the paislip, i.e. proof of employment is required. But. The officer can always request additional documents. Extracts from the tax office, which show that taxes were paid from these amounts, bank statements, which show when these amounts were credited to the account, etc. And then it is written that “if you do not send such documents, then (ominous intonation) then (end of ominous intonation) we will consider your application on the basis of the documents already sent.”
