Features and brief history of the fund
The non-state pension fund "Uralsib" is a stable and reliable organization that has been participating in the formation of future pensions for Russian citizens since 2000. This is the usual name of the fund, which is currently called NPF “Future”.
An important advantage of NPFs is the ability to invest in the funded part of a pension. Until the age or event associated with receiving pension payments occurs, the funds will be in circulation. That is, compared to the state structure, the size of the future pension can be increased many times over. Also, unlike the state pension formation system, which freezes replenishment of the funded part of the pension until 2023, this pension fund allows you to systematically replenish an individual pension account.
Also, a non-governmental organization benefits from wider investment opportunities over a government organization. Given the freezing of the formation of the funded part of the pension, newly-minted pensioners will not be able to receive dividends from investing. Investing in the funded part of the pension will continue to be available to former and new participants.
Another feature of the fund under consideration is insurance of the funded part of pensions. This guarantees the safety of the formation of pension savings in any critical situations in the country.
The non-governmental association provides the following insurance programs:
- personal well-being;
- reliable prospects;
- caring for parents;
- personal pensioner;
- pension as a gift.
Receiving non-state payments
NPF URALSIB provides two schemes: with registered accounts and joint ones. In the first case, one account is opened in the name of the future pensioner with the right of inheritance. In the second, it determines the names of the owners. In this case, inheritance rights do not apply.
With any option, you can choose the appropriate method for the timing of payments of non-state accruals:
- Lifetime;
- For life with inheritance (within the prescribed period);
- For a certain period of time (from 2 years);
- In a certain amount until the balance is exhausted.
Please note that the participant receives the right to receive non-state contributions from NPF URALSIB at the end of the accumulation period, upon retirement, upon a separate application or under other circumstances specified in the agreement.
