The required monthly payment is formed from insurance contributions, which are made to the citizen by the employer upon official employment. At the end, a monthly pension is provided from the funded portion of the funds.

But Russians have the opportunity to make contributions not only to the state Pension Fund, but also to NPFs (non-state pension funds).

One of such institutions is NPF “Soglasie”, about whose activities there are many negative reviews on the Internet (pension fund Soglasie, they call and ask for personal information, or ask to confirm the fact of concluding an agreement with them) - thus, scammers are acting on behalf of the organization or having nothing to do with it.

Information about the company

The activities of any non-state pension fund in Russia are regulated by this legislation, namely Federal Law No. 75 of 05/07/1998 (latest edition) “On Non-State Pension Funds”.

In the 90s, the number of such institutions numbered about 300 organizations. Subsequently, a merger of small companies took place and currently their number on the Russian market does not exceed 30.

NPF "Soglasie" is one of the oldest institutions, operating in the country since 1994.

At the moment, the company is among the top ten leaders in the Russian market of non-state pension funds in terms of the volume of savings funds of citizens

At the end of 2021, the volume of savings amounted to 74 billion rubles. The company actively supports all existing government programs, including providing Maternity Capital certificates.

Additionally, it should be noted that the guarantee of pension payments is provided at the expense of the Current Deposit Insurance Association.

How do phone scammers operate?

Many Russian citizens have already encountered dishonest actions on behalf of the NPF Soglasie. But in some cases, calls come from scammers, and not from company employees.

In this case, the steps by phone are as follows:

  1. A call comes in from a landline number.
  2. Next, the citizen is asked to clarify information about the conclusion of the contract.
  3. References are made to a transfer to a non-state fund by the employer.
  4. All personal data of the citizen are clarified.
  5. Then they ask you to wait for a call from another number and confirm the answers to the questions that the personal data is correct, the agreement was concluded, and whether a copy of the agreement is on hand.
  6. Then another operator calls back and asks these three questions.

At the same time, citizens are assured that all necessary documents will then be sent to the address where they live.

According to management, their employees do not engage in such fraudulent activities.

Also, from Consent, namely its leadership, apologies were received to all citizens of the Russian Federation who encountered such calls.

Negative customer feedback

Does NPF Soglasie receive negative feedback? Yes, like any other organization. Let's consider what shortcomings clients highlight in the Fund's work.

  • Some reviews of NPF Soglasie say that they were interested in the client only for a short time, and then simply forgot and even began to avoid contact with him. Of course, this situation is extremely unpleasant.
  • There are cases when contracts were concluded without the literal consent of clients, simply having their passport data. Such an agreement turned out to be signed, although the potential consumer himself did not certify, confirm or sign any documents. Terminating the contract also turned out to be an extremely difficult task. Cases like this are incredibly frustrating.

Negative reviews from people about NPF “Soglasie” provide some reason for reflection. They definitely shouldn't be ignored.

What NPF “Soglasie” says

The fund itself denied such a statement. According to the organization's leadership, their agents do not act this way. Further, an apology was made from JSC NPF Soglasie.

This is how Dmitry Nazarkin (head of the public relations department) commented on the situation:

I responsibly declare that such calls cannot be received from employees of NPF Soglasie. The fund does not fraudulently attract citizens to transfer their funded pension to the company, and also does not impose services on Russians. The official website of the organization has all the contact information of the NPF, including phone numbers. At any time, a citizen has the right to call the institution and clarify information about whether he is a client of the company or not. It is also recommended to make appropriate requests to the Pension Fund regarding accruals, which can be done through the official website of the Pension Fund or the government services portal.

Through the PFR website or the portal of public services for the population, every citizen can obtain information about the status of his savings account, as well as find out at whose disposal the funds are.

Negative employee reviews

But employees highlight many negative aspects of work in the Fund under consideration. These are also incredibly important to consider. So, among the disadvantages of working in this organization are the following:

  • Uncomfortable working conditions (incredibly small tables, lack of computers, despite the fact that most of the work is paper-based, and a spacious workplace is simply necessary).
  • Delay in wage payments.
  • Unpreparedness for cooperation via the Internet (not well-functioning website, lack of employees to deal with online requests).
  • Sometimes reviews from employees of NPF Soglasie are called an unscrupulous employer, since there are cases when the employee was not paid at all and was fired from work without reason.
  • Some claim that they were forced to sign contracts with clients fraudulently and were dissatisfied with the practice and were forced to stop working for the organization.
  • At the time of employment, many were given a client agreement with NPF Soglasie JSC to sign. Reviews on this matter are left extremely indignant. After all, as a rule, applicants did not come for this at all and did not express a desire to become a client of the Fund.
  • The organization cooperates with agents through intermediaries. Some agency groups not only did not receive the promised payment, but also lost access to personal accounts that were used for work, and lost those clients that they managed to attract during their work.
  • During the training (several weeks), applicants must bring more than a dozen contracts (in fact, the training is not free; they start making money from potential employees at this stage).

Be vigilant and don't ignore shortcomings. A careless choice can deprive you of not only precious time, but also honestly earned money, as well as emotional balance.

Where is my pension

Representatives of the Pension Fund regularly warn Russian citizens about fraudulent activities. It is not recommended to put signatures on questionable documents, or to provide information about your place of residence.

In case of any illegal actions on the part of fraudsters, you should immediately contact the police.

You can obtain information about your pension through the Pension Fund website or the government services portal.

It should be remembered that all actions of citizens in relation to their funded pension are exclusively voluntary.

You can request information by calling the Pension Fund, where information will be provided about which state or commercial fund the citizen belongs to.

Also, when making a request to a non-state pension fund, you may be faced with the fact that there are no savings in it; such situations can happen if the company has changed its name.

When clarifying information, it is recommended to request official documents confirming the transfer of the funded part of the pension to a non-state pension fund.

If necessary, a citizen can always return to savings in the Pension Fund; for this purpose, an application is written to the district branch of the state fund.

In the event that there are concerns about savings, that information for their transfer has fallen into the hands of criminals, it is always possible to write a statement to the Pension Fund or Non-State Pension Fund stating that consent to the transfer was not given.

How to get her back

To return your savings, as well as your personal data, you must contact Roskomnadzor.

This executive body is actively involved in such cases:

You must first send a request to the companyAbout where the information about personal data was obtained, as well as the funded part of the pension, for what purpose the information was received
Response to a similar requestMust be completed within 30 days; if it is not received, or it raises doubts, then an appeal is immediately made to Roskomnadzor
If the NPF has an agreement with a citizenIf there is no signature on it, or the signature is fake, then the appeal is made to the police

After the relevant proceedings, the citizen’s personal data, as well as his funded part of the pension, will be withdrawn from the NPF and transferred back to the Pension Fund.

How to terminate a contract

Termination of the agreement with NPF "Soglasie" is possible in the event of certain cases, namely:

  • after the death of the insured person - automatic termination;
  • conclusion of a new agreement with the pension fund on compulsory pension insurance;
  • return to the Russian State Pension Fund;
  • provided that the non-state fund loses its license.

If the license is revoked, the concluded contract is terminated automatically after three months.

After a citizen has chosen a new NPF, or decided to return to the Pension Fund and terminated the contract with the previous company, his funded part of the pension will be transferred to the appropriate account.

After concluding a new agreement, all information about it is entered into a single register.

Fraudsters steal pension savings over the phone

A new round of fraud in the funded part of pensions: our readers noticed that Yekaterinburg residents began to be attacked with calls from a certain NPF “Soglasie”.

How scammers operate

First, an unfamiliar number (either a cell phone or a landline number that does not belong to our region) is displayed on the mobile screen. What follows is a dialogue roughly like this:

Operator : Good afternoon. Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich?

Interlocutor: Yes, hello.

A: NPF Soglasie, your pension fund, is calling you. You have entered into an agreement with us, we want to inform you about the status of your pension account.

S : I didn’t enter into anything with you.

A: So your employer has concluded. Is your date of birth 01/01/1981?

S: Yes.

A: We sent you notifications to your address. Did you receive them?

S: No.

A : Let's clarify your address: Yekaterinburg, Malysheva Street, building 20, right?

S: Yes, but I live at a different address.

A : Please provide your address so that we can send you notifications about the status of your retirement account.

S : Well, send it to me at...

A: Now after our conversation they will call you again from another number and ask you three questions to which you must answer “yes”. Questions: “Are you Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich?” - "Yes". - “Did you conclude an agreement?” - "Yes". - “Do you have the contract in your hands?” - "Yes".

About 15 minutes later, a call comes from a mobile number, and the operator asks the same three cherished questions to which you should have answered “yes.”

At this stage, vigilant citizens, as a rule, begin to doubt, and when calling again they answer negatively, and then call the employer or go look for information on the Internet.

– There is such a non-state pension fund “Soglasie”. They call from Moscow numbers and assure me that I have an agreement with them,” said Yulia, a resident of Yekaterinburg. – This is after a nice girl calls from another pension organization, gives all your passport details and says that I will not be able to order a statement of pension savings from the government services portal. Even if I don’t need this in principle and I don’t use this service, she strongly recommends answering the girl from the non-state pension fund who calls next (and she really does call!) that yes, I agree to conclude an agreement. This is some kind of fraudulent scheme.

What are the dangers of saying “yes” three times? According to lawyers, in this way it is possible to get the accumulative part of the pension at the disposal of a certain fund. However, so far there are no real stories that this happened “by phone” at the disposal of the E1.ru editors.

What NPF “Soglasie” says

The Soglasie Foundation itself assured us that their agents do not operate with such schemes.

“On behalf of the foundation, we apologize to citizens for the inconvenience when receiving such calls,” said Dmitry Nazarkin, head of the foundation’s public relations department. – However, we responsibly declare that fraud on the part of NPF Soglasie JSC is excluded. The Fund has nothing to do with these calls - NPF employees do not offer or impose services over the phone, nor do they encourage you to become a client. All telephone numbers of NPF Soglasie JSC are presented on the official website of the fund and only on it. In turn, we see the need to inform citizens that anyone can call the Foundation’s single toll-free contact center number and find out if they are our clients. We also recommend requesting a notification about the status of your personal account with the Pension Fund on the website of the Pension Fund itself or through the government services portal.

To find out how much money is in the funded part of the pension and who manages these funds, you need to make a request through the Pension Fund or the government services portal.

Where is my pension and how to get it back

Representatives of the Russian Pension Fund have repeatedly warned citizens about scammers. If you don’t know where your savings portion is, or aren’t sure whether you transferred it somewhere or not, you can find out this information through the official website of the Pension Fund or through the government services portal.

You can also request information about the funded part of your pension by calling the Pension Fund.

– Remember that all actions of the insured person to form a funded pension are exclusively voluntary. Information about management companies and non-state pension funds can be obtained on the website of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation by phone 8-800-302-2302 (calls within Russia are free), by calling the hotline of the branch of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the Sverdlovsk region +7 , the department clarified.

By the way, this information is sometimes very interesting. If, for example, you transferred your savings portion from a non-state pension fund to a non-state fund and forgot about it long ago, then the fund could, for example, be renamed.

If you find that the savings part is not where you think it should be, find out from this company when, how, and based on what documents the transfer was made. You can involve Roskomnadzor - more on that below.

If you want the funded part to return to the Russian Pension Fund, then an application is written to the regional branch of the Pension Fund of Russia.

If you are afraid that fraudsters who have taken possession of your data may transfer funds without your knowledge (in fact, this has not happened yet), you can write to the fund that is currently managing the funds, a statement stating that there is no consent to transfer your pension savings to You don’t and never have given another pension fund.

How to protect your personal data

You can hold the organization that obtained your personal data accountable through Roskomnadzor, which is now actively working with such cases.

“Firstly, you can send an official request to the company that has your data demanding to disclose the volume of data, the source where it came from, and the purpose for which it is used,” advises lawyer Mikhail Khokholkov. – By law, this request must be answered within 30 days. If you haven’t received a response from the fund, this is already a reason to contact Roskomnadzor, there is a basis for holding you accountable - a fine of up to 70 thousand rubles.

If the answer comes, but it seems dubious to you, for example, as if the data was provided by your former employer, but you clearly did not give written consent to this - this, according to the lawyer, also gives grounds to “incite” Roskomnadzor.

Also, Mikhail Khokholkov said, you can ask the Foundation for an agreement with you - if your signature is not there or the signature is fake - you can go to the police with this, since there are signs of fraud.

According to lawyers, the number of complaints to the supervisory authority has increased - people report that they began to call from funds, banks, medical centers, while addressing them by name and patronymic and knowing their home address.
