Average size of insurance pension in Simferopol and the Republic of Crimea

For each pensioner, pension recalculation occurs annually automatically. The insurance pension is accrued to all non-working pensioners who were previously officially employed. The insurance pension is transferred from the insurance premiums paid for the employee by the employer.

Let us remind you that the insurance pension consists of two parts, one is fixed, the other is calculated based on wages and the number of pension points accumulated. After re-indexation in the new year 2021, the insurance pension increased in the region to 13,500 rubles.

Pension in Simferopol and the Republic of Crimea

In Crimea, at the moment, provision for most pensioners is made from the basic amount and various pension supplements. They decided to preserve the benefits that were provided to pensioners by Ukraine in order to ensure the greatest allowance.

In addition to the above, citizens of Crimea receive all kinds of subsidies that were provided by Russian legislation. If a pensioner receives pension payments in an amount less than the minimum subsistence level in the region, then he is given a supplement.

But this is intended only for those persons who are not working.

In Crimea, there will be an increase in the age for pension payments by six months or a year, an increase in work experience for the following categories: doctors, teachers, creative workers and civil service employees; a unified insurance tariff will also be introduced, the funded part will be cancelled, and early payments for workers under harmful conditions will also be cancelled.

New pension reform

During the discussion, the document was rejected due to the fact that its initiators, according to the statement of the deputy Bessarabov, were unable to determine from what income the implementation of this bill would be financed, which, according to the most conservative estimates, would require an additional 10 billion rubles .

Minimum pension amount

Every citizen on the territory of our country has the right to receive a pension; what it will be and in what amount it is calculated depends on individual conditions. Every year, the minimum pension goes through an indexation stage to align it with the inflation rate in the country.

From 2021, to receive a minimum pension, a citizen must gain at least 11.4 pension points, so from February 2021, the minimum pension was 8,400 rubles. The size of the social pension is 5088 rubles, it is also indexed annually.

According to the law, the amount of the minimum pension cannot be lower than the approved subsistence level. If the pension after calculations is less than the subsistence minimum, the pensioner is given a social supplement, which can be regional or federal.

Pension in Crimea

According to the adopted law “On the Peculiarities of Pension Provision of the Republic of Crimea,” which came into force on January 1, 2015, the legislation of the Russian Federation on social and pension insurance is applied in the territory of Crimea.

Residents can provide documents and certificates indicating the amount of wages and length of service, if this entails an increase in pension benefits.

At the same time, papers and certificates provided by subjects in Ukrainian are accepted without translation into the state language.

To recalculate the amount of pension benefits, no additional submission of applications and information is required, except for extracts from the payment file. The government also managed to avoid a revision of the right to the pension itself.

If, after recalculation, the size of the pension in Crimea decreases, the subject is paid the entire amount in its original form.

Important!

That is, the amount of payments cannot be reduced and in this case the size of the old pension will be maintained .

Certain groups of persons, according to the established law, have the right to simultaneously receive several types of pension payments:

  • citizens with disabilities;
  • combatants and military personnel with benefits;
  • relatives of military personnel who died during military service or as a result of injuries (injuries) received during service;

Also, two years ago (in 2015), the Law “On Funded Pension” came into force for citizens born since 1967 - they have the right to agree to draw up the insurance part of the pension or to simultaneous payment of both the funded and insurance parts.

How is experience determined?

After the reform carried out in 2015, the minimum length of service to receive a pension is not five, but fifteen full years.

According to the new rules, when assigning payments, it is not the total work experience that is taken into account, but the insurance experience (the duration of working and non-working periods taken into account when calculating the amount of insurance payment).

If the subject does not have the required length of service, the Russian Federation undertakes to provide the individual with full social security.

When calculating non-working periods are also taken into account - when the subject did not work and did not make contributions to the pension fund, but for which points and coefficients are awarded. These include:

  • periods of caring for a disabled person of the first group or a child with disabilities;
  • time of military service;
  • period of child care (up to the age of one and a half years);
  • periods of imprisonment if the individual is completely acquitted and the charges against him are dropped.

If a citizen did not work and did not pay contributions to the fund before and after the above periods of time, they do not count toward the length of service.

In general, to determine length of service, the length of service (work) under an employment contract and periods of civil or municipal service are calculated, which can be confirmed by a work book, extracts from dismissal orders, as well as certificates from previous places of work.

How are pensions calculated?

For pensioners whose total income is less than the subsistence minimum, payments are established in the amount of this minimum. Based on this, the minimum pension in Crimea is 8,410 rubles. In other cases, insurance and funded pensions are calculated using formulas.

calculated as follows:

(Individual pension payment * Premium coefficients * Annual coefficient) + (Fixed payment * Premium coefficients for retirement).

coefficient for 2021 is 11.4 , and the cost of one pension point is 78.58 rubles .

A funded pension is not mandatory, but in the case of an annual payment 6% of salary to the insurance fund, the formula for calculation is as follows:

The amount of pension savings in a special part of the personal account / The period during which the old-age pension will be paid (240 months) .

To gain access to the allocated amount of pension money, citizens of the peninsula must also register with the Pension Fund, after which the subjects will be issued an insurance number. Thanks to it, it is possible to save part of the pension payments in an individual account.
